CAFOD is your charity working within the school. We are the Church’s official charity and CAFOD stands for the Catholic Agency For Overseas Development. We are working in more than 40 countries around the world, particularly in the global south where we are standing in solidarity with poorer communities. We believe that every human has equal right to food, water and quality of life.
Look out for these pyramid boxes in school, at home and at Church, and when you see one, put some money in it!
Every pound that goes into these boxes represents another person helped by CAFOD. You are helping people build a better life for themselves.

“I’m involved with the children’s liturgy in my parish and I use CAFOD’s excellent resources. I believe our faith should be active, and CAFOD gives us an opportunity for this.”
– Brian Conway, Headteacher at Notre Dame High School.
